What network should I connect to?
CALAS
If your system has been powered off for a long period of time there is a chance that this may change. If you have any problems contact us.

There are odd characters displayed or a character is missing on the LCD, what should I do?
Reset the system, power of leave for 30 seconds and restart.

The cage temperatures are stuck at -127°C or 85°C?
There is a problem with the temperature sensors and they are not providing a signal. Please check the six pin plug is in correctly, check the 3 pin plastic plug and socket (if used) is tight and latched, check the temperature sensor wires for damage.
Always power off the unit before unpluging or pluging. If there is damage to the temperature sensor please contact us for replacements.

The fans don't run?
Check wiring for damage. Ensure there is nothing trapped between the fan and cage.

The lights are in disco mode or showing a colour I don't want?
Using the remote control click through the modes with Mode+ or Mode-.
You can also adjust the brightness of the lights with Bright+ and Bright-. Lost your remote? Contact us for a replacement.

The remote has no effect on the lights?
Check remote battery, inspect the light circuit for wiring damage including the area where the wires join the LED strips.
